The whole thing — from quote to delivery — is built to fit between classes. Parents handle pickup, students handle delivery, or vice versa. We coordinate either way.
Tell us where the car is, where it’s going, and roughly when. We send back a flat door-to-door rate — no hidden fees, no shifting price after pickup. Student discount auto-applied.
Once you book, we assign a vetted, licensed, insured carrier to your route. You’ll get the driver’s name and phone before pickup. $200 deposit, balance due at delivery.
Driver does a walk-around inspection, you (or a parent) sign the bill of lading, and the car heads out. Most college routes deliver in 7-10 days. Show ID, hand over the keys, done.

Most college routes to Gainesville run between $650 and $1,400. Northeast and Midwest pickups typically run $900-$1,300, in-state Florida moves are $400-$650. Student discount applied automatically.
Three to four weeks before UF move-in week. August is our highest-demand window because every Florida school moves in around the same time. Booking early locks in better rates and your preferred pickup day.
Yes. We coordinate pickup and delivery with parents, roommates, RAs, or apartment leasing offices. You don’t need to skip class — we just need someone 18+ to hand off and receive the vehicle.
We deliver as close to campus as our 75-foot carriers can safely access. For on-campus dorms, we typically meet at a nearby parking lot or shopping center. Off-campus apartments in Midtown, Sorority Row, and Archer Road usually allow direct delivery.
May graduation and summer break are peak outbound windows. We handle thousands of student moves during these periods with door-to-door service back to your home state. Book 2-3 weeks ahead.
